Overview

Schomer’s Plumbing needed a steady stream of branded social media graphics and web banners to support ongoing local marketing efforts.

The work required recurring visual production on a tight weekly schedule while keeping the company’s voice, service focus, and local credibility intact.

The goal was to create clean, recognizable, service-oriented marketing graphics that could be produced quickly without feeling generic or disconnected from the brand.

The Challenge

The biggest challenge was campaign volume paired with compressed deadlines.

The production rhythm required multiple graphics each week, often with only one or two days available to complete the work. That meant image selection, layout, messaging alignment, review, and delivery all had to move quickly.

At the same time, the graphics needed to feel intentional and consistent rather than rushed.

My Role

As Designer, I created static social media graphics and web banners that supported Schomer’s Plumbing’s local marketing efforts.

  • Designed recurring social media graphics
  • Created branded web banners
  • Selected and adjusted imagery to support each message
  • Balanced service promotion with brand tone
  • Collaborated with the content writer and client
  • Delivered production-ready graphics under tight weekly timelines

Design Approach

The design approach focused on clarity, repetition, and local trust.

For a service business, the message has to be immediately understood. The visuals needed to support quick recognition, clear calls to action, and a practical understanding of the service being promoted.

Reusable brand elements, consistent layout patterns, strong image choices, and clear typography helped keep the campaign cohesive from one asset to the next.

Collaboration & Review

One of the most important parts of the process was collaborative checking.

The content writer and client helped confirm that each graphic was aligned with the intended message, service category, voice, tone, and audience.

Those checks helped keep the work grounded in business needs rather than simply producing visuals for the sake of volume.

Outcome

The campaign produced a consistent series of branded graphics that supported Schomer’s Plumbing’s online presence and local service marketing.

Formal performance results were not available, but the work created a reliable visual system for ongoing communication and helped maintain campaign momentum across recurring weekly deliverables.

Reflection

This project reinforced the balance between speed and quality.

In hindsight, I would continue advocating for quality over quantity whenever possible. A steady posting schedule is useful, but only when the assets remain clear, relevant, and credible.

The strongest social media programs are not simply frequent. They are consistent, useful, recognizable, and aligned with the business they represent.

Consistency creates recognition. Quality gives that recognition value.
