Just a reminder that vaccines save lives.
Covid vaccines saved lives.
Covid vaccines have a small margin of side effects.
But they save astronomically more lives than they harm.
Working in health care -- YES, you should be mandated to be vaccinated for pandemic level viruses. That’s common sense. Especially around vulnerable people who could die if you give them the virus.
Fauci has been a life long health advocate.
Him pleading the fifth takes critical thinking (and not even a lot of it) to understand.
This does not mean Covid was “made up.”
That is a slap in the face to the MILLIONS who died from it.
Being anti-vaccination against all medical literature is a form of irrational fear bolstered by ignorance.
This can be proven.
One of the first steps in proving that is by looking at the education level of those who are against vaccinations, even in a global pandemic.
Your fear does not make something true.
It just makes you anxious.
That anxiety can and will shut down critical thinking.
Coming to terms with that can be alleviated through education and exposure to (in this case) things like science.
We cannot continue to be plagued by ignorance in this country and just accept it as “welp, some people have a different belief.” We do have to admit at some point, ignorance of a populace is detrimental to the overall health of society.
